PCW has launched a new online store! What does that mean for you?

Your old e-store login will not work on the new e-store, so you must create a new username and password. Luckily, that is super easy to do by following the instructions below.

How to Register & Place Your First Order on the New PCW E-Store

  1. Visit our new store here. You will see the Physician’s Choice Wellness logo at the top of the page.
  2. Click on “My Account.” If you are on a mobile device, click on the 3 horizontal lines in the right-hand corner and then click on “My Account.”
  3. Using the Registration section fill out your email address and a chosen username. The username can be whatever you want. Use an email address that you have access to, because you will need to go to that email account to complete the process.
  4. Once you click “register” you can begin to place your first order. The ordering is like other online stores. You pick an item by placing it in your cart and you can increase the quantity of an item by viewing the cart and choosing the plus (+) sign.
  5. Once you complete your order, you will go to “checkout” and fill out the required information. You will be given an option to save your payment information. If you don’t check that box, you will have to enter payment information each time you order.
  6. Once you place your first order, go to the email account that you provided and view the welcome email that you received. In that email, there will be a link to set up your password. Note: There are two links in the email. Make sure you click the link that refers to setting up your password.
  7. The set password link will take you to a page that allows you to enter a password. You must enter your password twice.
  8. It will verify that you have set your password unless the passwords you entered don’t match.
  9. Now you have a login and password to use when you want to go back into the e-store and order more product

Here are some other “good to know” items related to the new e-store…

  • The view of the e-store looks different if you are looking at it on a smart phone versus a desktop computer/laptop.
  • If you are looking at it on a smart phone, click on the PCW logo at the top of the screen if you get “lost” and just need to go back to the home page.
  • If you click on the three horizontal lines in the right-hand corner of the page, that will give you the menu of options. If you click on “My account” it will take you to the login page OR if you are already logged in, under “Log out” it will say “Hello” followed by your username.
  • As you are shopping on the e-store on your smartphone, if you scroll to the bottom of every page you will have the option to look at the food by different categories – ie: New Direction Advanced, Beverages and Smoothies, etc. Most of the food you have ordered in the past will be in the “New Direction Advanced” and “Meal Replacement Bars” section but make sure and look around at all the new options that are available to you.
  • As you are shopping and looking at new products that you haven’t tried before, keep in mind that for something to be considered a “meal replacement” it should have the following nutrition: 27-30g of protein AND 30-35% of the RDA of vitamins and minerals. Make sure you click on the picture of the nutrition label of a product you haven’t tried before. That will help you determine if it is considered a meal replacement.   • If you place an order Monday – Thursday BEFORE 12:00 p.m. (CT), it should ship out by the next day. The manufacturer is working through some IT issues and has been behind over the last two weeks and hasn’t been able to meet that, but they are getting caught up. As of now, it is taking two days before it ships out. Keep that in mind and anticipate that it may take up to a week to receive an order.
  • A shipping box holds 1-8 boxes of food so you will want to maximize the shipping charge of $12.50 by making sure you order at least 8 boxes each time you order. Example, if you order 2 boxes of food the charge is a flat fee rate of $12.50. If you order 8 boxes the charge is still only $12.50. Ordering at least 8 boxes each time will give you the most value.
